The Group on Earth Observations (GEO) Health Community of Practice is pleased to host a Teleconference (WebEx platform) on ‘Earth Observations and COVID-19: A Virtual Round the Room Update’ on Friday, April 24th from 11AM-12:30PM EDT (GMT-4). For this telecon, the focus area will be seasonality and environmental determinants related to COVID-19 transmission.

11:00 - 11:45AM EDT (GMT-4) - Three presenters will share information about their team’s or organization’s work in the described 3-slide format (What are the research or applications projects that your team or organization is exploring related to COVID-19? What are the expected results, and how do you plan to use these results in real-time applications? What Earth observations are you using, and what other Earth observation data or products do you need?)

11:45 - 11:55AM EDT (GMT-4) - Co-Chairs will request input for the next telecon’s focus area and volunteer to lead the group discussion.

11:55AM - 12:30PM EDT (GMT-4) - One GEO Health CoP member will moderate the group discussion on seasonality and environmental determinants related to COVID-19 transmission.
